Our mission at FAITH FITNESS 225 is to bring faith into fitness. We all know that Faith without works is dead and it applies the same way to fitness. You have to visualize yourself at the goal you want to achieve before you get there. It’s not going to happen overnight, so we have to constantly push ourselves and know that our work will certainly come to pass.
