Comment: This verse is completely inspired by the Holy Spirit, and it does not conflict with Titus 3:5 which clearly says that by His mercy He saved us and through His grace He sustained and justify us through the faith = (Titus 3:7 / Acts 15: 11 / Matthew 24:13).
Yah in His mercy responds to a helpless repenting sinner and by the Holy Spirit we are re-generation and by grace (God’s power) we are justified in the faith and not by the works of the law of Moses according to Ephesians 2:9.
