Success doesn’t always happen in a straight line.

Kassius joined The Way to Work as an active participant in our January Going Beyond class and secured employment at Subway while still in the program. Although he gained valuable work experience, he knew he wanted to continue pursuing opportunities that aligned with his long-term goals.

After a brief period of unemployment, Kassius secured a full-time position with Crescent Crown Distributors, where he works in the warehouse and assists with product deliveries. He is now earning $17 per hour, nearly $7 more per hour than his previous job.

We are proud of Kassius for staying focused, continuing his job search, and taking the next step toward a stronger future. Congratulations, Kassius! 🎉
