St. Elizabeth Foundation

Last week, we had the honor of attending the National Conference for Adoption in Washington, D.C.! We had the opportunity to hear insightful panels featuring birth parents, adoptive families, adoptees, attorneys, agencies, and many other professionals and advocates in the adoption community.

We came away with new ideas, valuable perspectives, and a renewed commitment to serving children, birth families, and adoptive families with excellence. We’re excited to put what we learned into practice as we continue to grow and strengthen the support we provide every day. 💜

Happy Father’s Day to all the incredible adoptive dads who lead with love, patience, and unwavering commitment. Thank you for opening your hearts, building families through love, and showing that fatherhood is defined not by biology, but by the choice to be there every day. Today, we celebrate the fathers who chose adoption and the beautiful difference they make in the lives of their children.

Last week, we had the honor of attending Pro-Life Day at the Capitol! We had the opportunity to share about our foundation and how we support and advocate for life. We also got to hear from Jeff Landry about his continued commitment to protecting life. In addition, we learned about several bills that Louisiana Right to Life is supporting and were honored to be recognized on the House floor.

We have an exciting opportunity for our moms in need! This Saturday there will be a Maternal Health fair located at Lighthouse church! This is a community centered event dedicated to supporting and empowering mothers and families! (This is not a St. Elizabeth event) There will be complimentary clothing, diapers, prizes, and giveaways. Don’t miss the All Women’s Panel, featuring impactful discussions that provide encouragement, support, and practical insight for women.
