On last Thursday, our Region 3 Stress Management Team completed their last presentation with St. Mary Council on Aging in Morgan City.

On today, our Region 2 Stress Managers presented to Southern University of Baton Rouge Police Department on recognizing and managing work-related stress.

Region 3 Stress Management Team presented at Terrebonne Parish Council on Aging on this past Wednesday. The team were able to discuss with the participants the trauma they've endured from Hurricane Ida. They ended the presentation by playing "Name that Tune" which the participants enjoyed.

On yesterday, our CAHSD CCP Team presented at River Parishes Community College in Gonzales, LA. The team presented on stress management to participants in-person as well as virtually.
