A new group of CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocate) volunteers were sworn in this afternoon by the honorable Judge Grover. It's been an eventful "Volunteer Bootcamp" with instruction from our amazing Advocate Supervisors, a message from our Board Chair, David Faulk, and a panel led by two of our current CASAs. Special thanks to Cannatella Grocery for donating delicious lasagnas and Barracuda Taco Stand for donating the wonderful taco bar!
We are so thankful for the outstanding new CASAs who have dedicated their time, energy, and care to this process to ensure that abused and neglected foster children in our community have a voice. Give them a like or congratulate them in the comments to celebrate their selfless commitment to this important work! 👏
