Sharon Blanchard

Sharon has 17 years of experience in the development and implementation of technical and professional skills training programs for a broad range of clients in a variety of industries. She specializes in creating highly engaging content that can be utilized across multiple delivery platforms for today’s learners. Sharon received her Master of Science degree in Human Resource Education and Workforce Development from Louisiana State University.

Meet Meg Beier, VP Production
Meg is a 20-year veteran in the learning and development community. She is an accomplished, award winning eLearning Development Specialist with expertise in the planning, direction, and production of web-based courseware and learning environments. Meg maintains a broad knowledge base and skill set in the use of web-based authoring tools, Adobe Suites, HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript, video and audio production, as well as, SCORM and Tin Can standards. She studied Mass Communications and Fine Arts at the University of Nevada.

Meet Pete Ranzino President and Founder:

Peter is the founder of Learning Sciences, L.L.C. He has over 25 years’ experience in the design, development, and deployment of web-based learning environments. Peter has worked with various Fortune 1000 clients, governmental agencies, and smaller companies of all sizes. As founder and former President of a nationally recognized eLearning development company, he designed many of the company’s products and services including its proprietary Learning and Talent Management System that was later acquired. He also created the Multimedia Training Network, a web-based training network that was also acquired by a large corporate concern.
