🥣 Crockpot Southern 15 Bean Soup (Smoked Turkey Version) • 1 (20 oz) bag 15 bean soup mix (with seasoning packet) • 2 smoked turkey drumsticks • 1 bunch fresh collard greens, washed, trimmed & chopped • 1 large onion, diced • 1 green bell pepper, diced • 2 ribs celery, diced • 4 cloves garlic, minced • 8 cups chicken broth • 1 Tbsp onion powder • 1 Tbsp garlic powder • 1 Tbsp smoked paprika • 1 Tbsp black pepper • 2 Tbsp apple cider vinegar • Hot sauce, to taste Instructions: 1. Rinse and sort the beans, then add them to the crockpot. 2. Add smoked turkey drumsticks, collard greens, onion, bell pepper, celery, and garlic. 3. Sprinkle in the seasoning packet. 4. Add onion powder, garlic powder, smoked paprika, and black pepper. 5. Pour in chicken broth and apple cider vinegar. 6. Cover and cook on high for 6–8 hours, until beans are tender. 7. Remove turkey drumsticks, shred the meat, and return it to the pot. 8. Add hot sauce to taste. 9.
