🌞💛 BIG NEWS we’re so excited to share! 💛🌞

This summer, PLPC Ashley Robinson is bringing her own vision to life with The Confidence Club, a group she thoughtfully created and will personally lead for middle schoolers ages 11–14.

Ashley saw a need for a space where kids could build confidence, learn coping skills, and feel truly supported during a season that can sometimes feel lonely or overwhelming. From that idea, The Confidence Club was born ✨

This group is designed to help kids:
🌱 build confidence and self-esteem
🌱 manage emotions in healthy ways
🌱 strengthen communication and social skills
🌱 feel more prepared for the upcoming school year

With Ashley’s passion for working with tweens and teens, this group will be engaging, encouraging, and rooted in connection. Every session is created with intention so kids leave feeling more confident, capable, and understood.

Spots are limited, and we’re thrilled to see this idea turn into something that will truly make a difference 💕

☀️ Summer Reminder ☀️

As the weather heats up, it’s helpful to know that some mental health medications can make people more sensitive to sunlight or heat. This might mean sunburn happens more easily, or that staying hydrated and cool becomes extra important.

Not everyone experiences this, and it doesn’t apply to all medications, but awareness can go a long way in staying safe and comfortable this summer.

If you have questions about how heat or sun exposure may affect your medication, your prescribing provider is the best person to ask. Please don’t stop or change any medication without medical guidance.

Take care of yourself and enjoy the season safely 💛

Progress doesn’t always look big or fast.
Sometimes it looks like showing up again.
Sometimes it looks like trying, even when it’s hard.

If progress feels slow right now, remember this: you’re still moving.
You’re learning, growing, and finding your way, one step at a time. And even small steps mean you’re going somewhere.

At Always Hope, we believe that every effort counts. Be gentle with yourself, honor how far you’ve come, and trust that forward motion, no matter the pace, is still progress.

You’re not behind. You’re becoming.

Life isn’t a race. There’s no finish line you’re supposed to reach before anyone else.

It’s easy to feel like you’re falling behind when you compare your timeline to someone else’s, but the truth is, your path is your own. Growth doesn’t have a deadline. Healing doesn’t follow a schedule. And progress, no matter how slow, is still progress.

You’re allowed to move at your own pace.
You’re allowed to take breaks.
You’re allowed to choose what feels right for you.

At Always Hope, we support you wherever you are in your journey without pressure, without comparison, and always with compassion.

Go at your pace. It’s enough. 💛
