Roll-out happens when a boiler has an incorrect gas/air mixture or burner assembly issues.

Fire leaves the combustion chamber and burns other parts of the boiler, like the pictured wires.

When roll-out happens, fire outside of the heat chamber can damage the boiler and can catch fire to nearby structures - super dangerous!

Prevent roll-out with annual boiler maintenance and ensure your non-condensing boiler is set at 140 degrees or above.
