🍳 Can you tell which egg is which?
Left or right — one bowl has regular store-bought eggs, the other has farm-fresh.
A few months ago a friend gave me a box of fresh eggs from his farms’ chickens. I’ve been hooked ever since! The difference is wild. The farm-fresh yolks are so much richer, brighter, and taller. They just hold together better when you crack them. Plus farm fresh, truly free-range chickens produce eggs with higher levels of Omega-3 fatty acids and vitamins A and E, because they eat more than standard grain feed.
I noticed the difference in my baked goods — cinnamon rolls rose higher, cookies had better structure, cream pies were richer and everything just tasted... more like actual food. It’s crazy how much better the results are with real eggs.
So tell me in the comments: which one do you think are the farm-fresh eggs? 👀
(And if you have a local friend with chickens… ask them for eggs. Your baking game will thank you!)
