The Studio at Southern Charm

Our last Art Night for Kids. We painted sharks and made ocean salt art and then we just went rogue and did whatever we wanted with allll the art supplies.

We ended the night with shark trivia and gave prizes to the winners. (Pssht. Y’all know those cuties ALL got prizes.)

It was wild and chaotic and fun.

Thank you for trusting me with your kiddos these last several months. It has truly been a pleasure.

For the past few months I’ve struggled with a very difficult decision concerning The Studio. We will be closing our doors for good August 31st.

My love of the arts and a desire to create a place where we could connect and learn drove me to open The Studio. But with the continuous growth of Southern Charm and Jillry I’ve been finding myself stretched thin.

I‘ve had THE BEST time in the past months creating with you. Huge thanks to those who came to paint, for classes, who dropped their kids off for Art Night & summer camps. And a big heartfelt thank you to my instructors for taking the reins on classes & camps.

Later this month I’ll be holding a closing sale and everything must go, including my metal sink, shelving, furniture, tables & chairs, some art and art supplies. Stay tuned for the date on that.

Art Night for Kids - Shark Theme! is this Saturday night still and we’ll have one more paint class (oyster themed!) mid-month… watch for our posts!
