We've done it again! After spending some time in the lab with our friends over at , MC^GHOST returns!

MC^Ghost pours golden orange and glows with the infinite electromagnetic haze potential of a collapsed neutron star. Dosed to powers incalculable with liquid Citra and Mosaic full-spectrum early in fermentation, this robustly hoppy foundation is later amplified by a supercharged combination of Cryo Citra, Citra T-90 pellets, and a dash of Motueka. Hints of mango and pear scream from the depths of this gravitationally inescapable lupulin singularity that hits you in the face like a Big Green Bang followed by electromagnetic waves of overripe passion fruit. 8.5% ABV

🍰🎂🧠BRAINCAKE 🧠🎂🍰 A diabolical juxtaposition of two Parish classics, Ghost and Canebrake, gives us Braincake, a double IPA that mashes everything we love about each (the hops and the wheat, respectively) in a single concoction. Featuring a triple-wheat malt profile of wheat malt, flaked wheat, and unmalted wheat, Braincake blankets the tongue with a feathery, golden-fleece-like mouthfeel. Aromas of sweet berry cobbler waft from a generous dry-hop of Strata, Citra, and Cashmere with a clean tropical finish of bright mango and guava. 8.4% ABV Braincake is available in our Taproom and online at shop.parishbeer.com for local pickup or UPS Direct Shipping and will be on shelves in all Parish distribution markets.
