Microsoft is currently experiencing an outage where emails can be sent but may not be received. This is a known issue affecting Outlook and Microsoft 365 services. Microsoft has confirmed the problem and is working to restore normal email flow. Recovery is already in progress, but no exact completion time has been provided yet.
