When replacing CRP Series units, remember that DC Plus manifolds are reusable. You only need to swap out the media container. Simply detach the manifold from the old drum, leaving the inlet lines in place, and reattach it to a new drum. Quick and easy!

You should also replace the manifold’s decompression chamber exhaust filters to maintain optimal venting conditions.

What can you connect to a Clean Resources Oil-Water Separator?

You can connect your air compressors and all downstream devices that discharge condensate. Our units come from the factory with sufficient inlet connections to accommodate every device in your system.

CRP Series Oil-Water Separators are easy to maintain, but there are a few tasks you should take care of each year. Keep a Clean Resources Annual Maintenance Kit available so you’re ready when it’s time for upkeep.

Each kit has two exhaust filters and four antimicrobial pouches, enough for a full year. Change the pouch every three months and replace both exhaust filters once a year to keep everything running smoothly.
