Most people experience your brand before they experience your product.
That's why I spent nearly as much time refining the packaging aesthetics for the Heritage Collection as I did creating the artwork itself.
The goal wasn't luxury.
The goal was intention.
Custom paper tape. Hand-tied baker's twine. A clean black-and-white palette. Small details that communicate quality before the box is ever opened.
Because branding isn't just a logo.
It's every touchpoint between "order placed" and "wow."
As designers, we spend a lot of time focused on the product. Sometimes the most powerful brand moments happen before the customer ever sees what's inside.
