ce. I was scared to say the least. I went to multiple medical doctors. They ran tests which showed no negative results. They then told me I possibly had fibromyalgia or MS and wanted to put me on pharmaceutical drugs and run more test. The side effects of these medications were scary, and most were the same symptoms they were supposed to be helping, not to mention increased risk of cancer or death. This was pretty scary to me. I was so desperate I decided to do some research myself. I got on the internet and searched “most toxic foods”…and the results shocked me. Sugar, dairy, processed foods, and carbs (such as pasta, white flour, white bread and yes...wheat bread) were the top results. I decided to remove these things from my diet. The next day I told my husband I would be eating differently from the rest of the family from that moment on. I wanted him to know I was not changing him or my daughter or my son…just me. Within three months my pain was significantly better. Within 6 months my hair was growing back and my pain was completely gone. My energy was back and I actually had more energy than before. Two years later, I started to “fall off the wagon,” as they say, due to influences from family and friends. I began to give in to the “have it just this one time, it won’t hurt you…”; which we have all heard at some time in our life. Well one time leads to another, and then another, and so on and so forth. I began to see signs of returning problems...and I did not want to go back! I cut out the toxic foods again and I have not looked back since. I have reached goals I never thought I could even in my early 20's and have people stop me where ever I am to ask what I am doing and how I have gotten in such good shape. And, I have not been sick with “normal, everyday sicknesses” like 24 hour viruses, flu, bronchitis, and bladder infections…etc. since. Everything went away! I have had no need for a medical doctor. I now treat everything homeopathically and I get regular adjustments from my husband. And now, my husband and my 9 year old daughter are on board too. Our daughter is the only child I know who has never been to a medical doctor, other than the day after she was born. She has never ever had an antibiotic or a prescription drug. She has been exposed to the flu, other viruses, chicken pox and strep throat; and has never had more than a low grade fever and clear runny nose twice in her life. The most important thing I have learned is: how we treat our bodies will eventually catch up with us. Some people will see it sooner and some later depending on our toxic over load and food allergies. Some see it through cancer, some through obesity, some through inflammatory diseases, and some through autoimmune diseases. Others will see it through heart disease, type II diabetes, asthma, and/or chronic fatigue. There is a reason the rate of these diseases is continuing to increase. So with all this said. I would love to help others achieve this kind of health and find out what healthy really feels like. Changes may be hard at first, but will get easier as you go. You can and will feel young and vibrant and healthy again; and will want to share it with others too.
