It was fun to open this week’s Somerset Review/Bernardsville News and see our Ross Farm Music Series press release in print, along with all three of our remaining 2026 concerts in the community calendar! 🎶
A heartfelt thank you to the Bernardsville News/Somerset Review for helping spread the word about live music at Ross Farm and so many other community events throughout the year.
We couldn’t resist pairing the article with a Doc Robinson shirt from their 2022 Ross Farm concert, when they shared the bill with Hollis Brown. If you were there, you probably remember what a great night it was 1 we can’t wait to welcome Doc Robinson back!

Another wonderful morning in Boudinot’s Giving Garden! 🌱🍅🥕
A huge thank you to the middle school summer campers from St. James, who spent yesterday morning harvesting, sorting, w**ding, and filling boxes with fresh produce for our neighbors in need. Their energy and enthusiasm was so appreciated!
The harvest included tomatoes (lots and lots of tomatoes!), basil, green beans, carrots, zucchini, squash, tomatillos, eggplant, and more - including one delightfully quirky little eggplant that stole the show. 💜
Thursday’s harvest was delivered to the food bank, and another delivery will head to the VA hospital this Saturday.
It truly takes a village - from our dedicated garden volunteers to these amazing young helpers - to keep the Giving Garden growing and giving all season long. Our current total has reached 1,391.1 pounds harvested and donated!

Into the garden I go… 🌿
…to watch bees find the bee balm, tendrils reach for the trellis, tomatoes blush into color, and harvest boxes slowly fill.
Every visit brings something new to discover and another reminder that small acts, repeated with care, grow into something remarkable.
Today was one of those days that made us stop, look around, and simply be grateful.
