Alpha Fit Club Basking Ridge

It’s here. Beast Week is officially on the schedule.

Every Alpha’s favorite week of the year. For seven days, the studio gets taken over with new decor, new energy, and a new workout every day. You’re not just taking a class. You’re walking into something.

Here’s what’s waiting for you:

🦇 Sun 10/25: Burpee Blackout
🔪 Mon 10/26: Nightmare on the Turf
👯 Tue 10/27: Deathly Duo
🎃 Wed 10/28: Jacked-O-Legs
🐺 Thu 10/29: Wolf’s Wheel
👻 Fri 10/30: The Haunted Mills
🧟 Sat 10/31: Walking Dead

Do one. Do all seven. Bring a friend who thinks they can handle it.

Spots go fast every year, and this year won’t be any different. Book your week now. Link in bio.

Come celebrate. Leave stronger.

Happy National Coaches Day to the crew that keeps our pack moving! 🐺💛

Thank you for the early mornings, the endless encouragement, the tough love, the extra reps, and for always pushing us to be stronger than we were yesterday.

We’re lucky to have a coaching team that brings the energy, shows up for our members, and makes AFC Basking Ridge what it is!
