Just as the snow begins to loosen its grip, these little crabapple trees surprise HTA with a clusters of pink to fuchsia blossoms that suddenly burst onto the scene all at once. Soon the air will hum with bees and winter is a faint memory. Summer is right around the corner.

On Thursday, March 13, we had the pleasure of attending "Just Our Type: Discovering Bauhaus Graphic Design" with the brilliant Ellen Lupton. It was a fascinating dive into the Bauhaus’s lasting influence on typography and graphic design, featuring visionary designers with special emphasis on Aspen's own, Herbert Bayer. Events like these remind us how design history continues to shape our work today. Thanks to the Bayer Center, Genna Moe and Lissa Ballinger for hosting such an inspiring talk!
