✔️metabolic conditioning
The workouts stay the same for FOUR weeks…although we do change up the tempo or sets to increase in difficulty, the exercises are the same.
We do this so you can master the moves and track progress.
Each program builds on the next and works in Shawn’s year long macro cycle of programming.
Shawn’s spends hours on these programs! They are meticulous and thought out. We don’t do “random”!
