Barstow Community College FKCE Program

The purpose of the FKCE is to provide Parenting and Educational Classes to Foster, Adoptive, & Kinship parents. These classes allow persepctive parents the opportunity to meet the pre-service requirments to obtain a license/certification as well as current parents to maintain their license/certification.
