Golf is a rotational sport. Your swing is only as efficient as your body’s ability to rotate, stabilize, and move without compensation.
One of the most common patterns we see in golfers:
• Limited thoracic mobility
• Lower back working overtime to create rotation

Riding starts before you get in the saddle. 🐴
We warm up our horses, but it’s equally important to prepare our own bodies too.
Many of these pre-ride movements have counterparts on Pilates equipment: mobility, balance, core stability, and body awareness that carry directly into the saddle.
Try:
✨ Pre-ride: ~5–10 seconds to prepare movement
✨ Post-ride: 1 minute+ to restore mobility
