This Boston condo was delivered empty, so it was up to stager to transform it.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
He started by selecting new colors for the place: gray for the walls that used to be white, and white for the cabinets, which were originally a dark brown stain. The Brazilian cherry floors were sanded and stained ebony with a matte finish. Then he changed out all the lighting, window treatments and hardware. The finishing touch was the furniture and accessories, all brought in from his warehouse.

The end result: the condo sold at the open house for full price. That's the power of good staging.
