Together, they described Beth as hardworking, knowledgeable, patient, and incredibly dependable, noting that whether the department is at its calmest or its most chaotic, she remains steady, efficient, and focused on delivering the highest quality care.

Beth is known for always stepping in where she is needed most. Whether assisting with complex procedures, supporting new team members, or offering comfort and reassurance to patients and families during difficult moments, she approaches every interaction with compassion, dignity, and respect.
