Our signature Gem Salad comes in a vegan version! It has mixed greens, onion, mushroom, raisin, vegan mozzarella, jackfruit “chicken,” tofu “bacon,” poppyseed dressing and pita crisps!
Our “chicken” is made in-house using Native Forest organic young jackfruit and our “bacon” is made with organic Heiwa Tofu, a Maine company. The vegan mozzarella is Violife.
We are open for take-out only Tuesday thru Saturday from 10 to 2. Call ahead and LETTUCE FEED YOU🥬
We will be closed Friday 2/4 due to the snow. Be back tomorrow 2/5 for our normal business hours. ⛄️
