Dear Little Bees Families,

Many of you may remember that I took a leave of absence last July after my mom suffered a major stroke. Since then, our family has been navigating a long and difficult journey together.

It is with a heavy heart that I share that my mom is now nearing the end of her life. During this incredibly difficult time, I have made the decision to step away from the center once again so I can spend these precious moments with her and my family.

As hard as it is for me to step away, I know it is where I need to be right now. I also want to reassure you that Little Bees will continue to operate as usual. We have an incredible team that I trust wholeheartedly, and they will continue providing the loving, safe, and nurturing environment your children deserve each day.

During my absence, our Director, Alexis, will be managing the center's email and Facebook messages, along with the many responsibilities that come with keeping our center running smoothly. I kindly ask for your patience and understanding, as response times may be a little longer than usual. She will do her absolute best to respond to everyone as promptly as possible, and I truly appreciate your grace and support while she takes on these additional responsibilities.

Little Bees has always been so much more than just a childcare center to me. It is a family, and I am incredibly grateful for the kindness, understanding, and support you have shown me over the years. Your compassion during this time means more to me than I can ever express.

Thank you for allowing me the time to be with my mom during these final moments. It is a gift that I will never take for granted.

I look forward to returning when the time is right and seeing all of your wonderful children again. 🤍🐝
