How do those who really start start.

There is always such a topic, forever we tell everyone around hundreds of stories that boil down to one phrase: "... due to the fact that ...".

I failed to lose weight/earn/make/improve (set yours) because the government/environment/situation was like this and I didn't succeed.

The most disgusting thing is when you start singing this song to yourself, then over time you begin to believe in it sacredly.

Of course, we have long worked out our list of “important” reasons and none of them causes contradictions in us. We ourselves convince ourselves that we are too old or young, that we lack knowledge, experience, money, people, and time.

But sometimes, in those moments when we go to bed and turn in bed, it is in these moments that the “epiphany” comes. You begin to understand that there is only one culprit and who has long been known.
