IT’S TIME TO VOTE, YOUNG DEMS! Election Day is here and we need to make our voices heard. Don’t know where to vote? Find your polling location at vote.org! And once you get to the polls, use our helpful Primary Election Guide to cast your ballot. All of our young Dems in Albany County will see Joe Meany (Meany in the Middle!) on their ballot, and for those that live in Coeymans and Ravena, the 102 AD, will also see Janet Tweed. Tag us when you cast your vote and we’ll share it! ⭐️💙

Earlier today, I appreciated the opportunity to meet with Democrats Chair Ken Martin during his brief visit to upstate NY— and more importantly, to frankly convey what young Democrats across our communities are feeling right now.

Grateful he listened, and explained how the DNC will continue supporting our grassroots work in organizations like New York State Young Democrats and Albany County Young Democrats.

We will continue fighting for a party we all deserve, and making sure our voices have a seat at the table. Listen and read our President Manik Elahi‘s full interview at https://www.wamc.org/news/2026-05-13/albany-county-young-dems-say-party-must-address-affordability-crisis

Young Dems were at the New York State Democratic Party Rural Conference last night in Saratoga Springs along with the MADAM ATTORNEY GENERAL Letitia James!

So proud to do this work across NYS with Avi Presberg, Connor Rohan, our New York State Young Democrats Prez Jovan C. Richards, and many more!

Earlier this week, I had the privilege of earning the trust of my peers to be unanimously re-elected as President of the Albany County Young Democrats!

I know many of you share my feelings of frustration on what’s next for our national party. Part of the solution is simple— listen to the young working class people of this country. They have the answers, because they live the issues every day.

Along with our new Executive Board, I am renewed in my passion to make good trouble across the Capital Region for young people. Together, we will build the Democratic party we deserve.

What a pleasure to meet Executive Board members of Cornell University Democrats at the Cornell University campus today!

In New York State, we’re lucky to have passionate young people across our college campuses looking to build our Democratic Party! 🐻❤️

What a pleasure to join ualbany students to talk about the good which can come out of a career in government and politics. As a proud UAlbany alum, I’m so inspired by the stories and passion of the young people who’re looking to build a better world! 💜💛
