The Reginald F. Lewis Museum is hiring a Visitor Experience & Volunteer Manager to lead our frontline visitor services and volunteer program. In this role, you’ll help cultivate a welcoming, inclusive, and mission-driven environment while overseeing daily operations, supervising Visitor Experience Associates, managing volunteers, and enhancing the overall museum experience for every guest.
From supporting public programs and special events to strengthening community connections through volunteer engagement, this is an exciting opportunity for an organized, collaborative professional ready to make a lasting impact.
