This , our Baltimore and Richmond offices came together for another week of hands-on action and reflection, organized by our Sustainability Committee.

In Baltimore, volunteers cleaned up the Jones Falls stream that runs through our office in the historic Clipper Mill, collecting trash and helping restore this important local waterway.

In Richmond, the team cleaned up nearby streets and spent time on a nature walk to identify native and invasive species. Along the way, we spotted red maple, cherry, willow oak, black gum, and more.

Throughout the week, our Sustainability Committee also led efforts to strengthen our internal practices, introducing more reusable plates and cutlery and improving our recycling and waste streams.

Thank you to our Sustainability Committee and to everyone who showed up to keep our communities clean and green.
