Northern District Attempted Murder Arrest

In reference to the shooting that occurred in the Northern District, investigators have arrested 21-year-old Marvin Harrison.

Harrison was wanted in connection with the shooting that occurred on May 13, 2026, in the 3400 block of Reisterstown Road.

On June 3, 2026, Marvin Harrison was taken into custody without incident and transported to the Central Booking Intake Facility, where he was charged with attempted first-degree murder.

Northern District Shooting Investigation

On May 13, 2026, at approximately 9:18 p.m., patrol officers from the Northern District responded to a report of a shooting in the 3400 block of Reisterstown Road.

Upon arrival, officers found a 21-year-old male suffering from apparent gunshot wounds.

Medics transported the victim to an area hospital for treatment.

A second victim, a 38-year-old male, was later located with a non-life-threatening gunshot wound. This victim had driven to the 2400 block of Dukeland Street from the 3400 block of Reisterstown Road after being shot. He was also taken to an area hospital for treatment.

Northern District detectives are asking anyone with information to contact them at 410-396-2466 or Metro Crime Stoppers at 1-866-7-Lockup.
