This week’s video looks at a winning competition recipe from years ago using both Aeropress and V60 filters. Super fun to try out and, I might actually use this recipe from time to time!

So many recipes for competition are pretty impractical IRL. While this one seems difficult on the surface (and it’s not exactly simple) after taking the time to learn it, it was pretty straight forward to use.

First video of the year is a little different - talking about the way color effects taste perception. I had a lot of fun making this one and learned a bit about why my favorite mug is…well, my favorite mug 😂
