Deeply missed!!

It is with a heavy heart that we announce the homegoing of one of the Mothers of Sharon Baptist Church.
Deacon Charlotte Tinsley Davenport was a lifelong member of Sharon.
Along with serving as a Deacon, she was active in numerous organizations and volunteered for over 50 years with the church Cub Scouts and Boy Scouts.
Our prayers and love are extended to the Davenport family during this most difficult time.

Today Pack and Troop 257 loss a legend. We are sad to announce the passing of Mrs. Charlotte Davenport. Mrs. Davenport has served the pack and troop of 257 for over 60 years. She has served as a committee member, cubmaster, den leader, guidance counselor, provided transportation, encouraged the boys to strive, and a quick punch to the arm. We have so many memories of her and she will forever live in our hearts.
Scouts Oath:
On my honor I will do my best to do my duty to God and my country and to obey the Scout Law; to help other people at all times; to keep myself physically strong, mentally awake, and morally straight.
