The COA Cincinnati Branch is excited to announce we are hosting a uniform swap station at this year’s symposium in Cleveland. We have a large selection of khakis, whites, SDBs, and ODUs available; both for men and women. We also have a selection of uniform components (e.g.: belts, covers, footwear.). All uniforms and uniform components will be provided free of charge to officers.
All officers and local branches are invited to join in the fun! Feel free to contribute extra uniform components to the selection and help our fellow officers find what they need.
The uniform swap tables will be located near the symposium registration desk all week, starting in the afternoon/evening on Sunday, May 17th. Any questions? Contact LCDR Karl Feldmann via text at 513-815-1537.

🍽️ DWCMAG: Announcing Dinner With an Admiral VIII at Symposium!!
Greetings and salutations,
Who we are: Dinner with a Captain - Mentorship Advisory Group (DWCMAG) is an initiative that allows small groups of officers (5-6) to meet and interact with a senior officer (O-6 or higher) in an informal dinner or virtual setting to network and obtain career guidance.
This year we will offer meals and mentorship with admirals at symposium. Registration is now available. Due to demand, DWCMAG asks officers to sign up for only one admiral event to allow for maximal opportunities for all officers. We will reach out if availability opens in the future. If you need to adjust/cancel your registration, please see the confirmation e-mail sent by Sign-Up Genesis for more information. Any cancellations should be within 48 hours (if possible) to allow us to feel the vacancy. We appreciate everyone’s time, effort, and participation. Let’s continue to build much-needed comradery, and strength esprits de corps. We intend to have more events with the flag officers later during this operational year. Thank you for your understanding.

The Baltimore Commissioned Officers Association has supported the American Heart Association annually by volunteering for the Greater Maryland Go Red for Women Luncheon. The 2026 Greater Maryland Go Red for Women Luncheon is right around the corner and we need your help! This year’s event will be held on Friday, April 24 at the Renaissance Baltimore Harborplace Hotel downtown from 11am-2pm.
We’re building our team of volunteers to help with day of event tasks. Jobs will include last minute set-up, greeting guests, helping them find their tables, serving as “spotters” to distribute thank you gifts to donors during the live appeal, packing up auction items, and clean-up.
For those interested in volunteering, please contact Amelia Battaglia [email protected] with your name and mobile phone number by Friday April 3. We welcome any friends or family who would like to join you as a volunteer, more hands are always appreciated.
If you’d like to save time on event day by completing your waiver ahead of time, please follow this link: ES American Heart Association Volunteer Waiver
Please note-if any volunteers are under the age of 18, there is a spot for their parent/guardian to also sign the waiver giving permission for them to volunteer.
Please reach out to Amelia Battaglia [email protected] or Shelby Tittle [email protected] with any questions.
