The signature yoga style at Soulshine is ‘synchronized’ power
vinyasa. Great question! Classes will focus on breathing as a community. You will be able to hear your neighbor’s inhale and exhale during practice. When we are in challenging poses you will hear that, you may hear a sigh as one of your neighbors lets go of their day. One thing is for certain; you will have the opportunity to connect as a community. The power vinyasa speaks to the physical practice, which is for everyone and anyone. You will work, you may sweat and you absolutely will smile… that is a guarantee! This amazing practice is the creation of Stacy Dockins and Philip Urso the co-founders of Live, Love, Teach Teacher Training. The introduction to this style has transformed Sarah’s life. Through the use of breath she has been able to find ‘calm within the chaos’ & there have been several times when she thought that was unattainable! Her classes are an infusion of power, love, strength and childlike wonder. Please contact Sarah if you are ready to fully embrace your life!
