Poppleton & Pratt is a crossroads.

Some gas line upgrading today at Poppleton & Pratt NW corner opened up some history. A brick foundation was discovered about 5 to 6 feet below ground level. One worker said a brick arch was briefly seen before collapse. Possibly a sally port leading from the lot out to a Pratt Street 19th century street.
