Also in 1988, Fence Fair Inc. became the first distributor for the newest type of fence, "Bufftech PVC", and is now the oldest Bufftech distributor in the United States. In 1994, with the passing of Louis Matricciani, William became the President and his wife, Donna Matricciani as Vice President of the firm.
