What a refreshing view of our bodies! At the same time, what a daunting responsibility, taking care of a miracle. There are so many paths and so much information available that it can be overwhelming.

As I contemplate the 'miracle', I am motivated to treat it with care, as a precious responsibility. Yoga keeps the awareness of my responsibility high. It helps me make better choices when I'm off the mat because, without fail, those choices appear on the mat.

So, for me, yoga helps light my path; then things don't seem so overwhelming. Being aware of one miracle encourages me that there are many more, if I pay attention.
