We have so many new books! This one is special to me because it addresses the very real problem of wanting to make nice meals and having zero time & energy to pull it off. For week nights, the author is focused not only on “quick” meals but is holistically looking at easy-to-source short ingredient lists, and as few dishes to clean as possible. Weekends offers more freedom to explore and experiment.

This Friday, the book store will be open during Bikemore’s bike to work day pit stop outside Co_lab! 7am to 10am.
