​Today, we honor the fathers, grandfathers, stepfathers, mentors, and father figures whose leadership, sacrifice, wisdom, and unwavering support help shape families, communities, and our future generations.

​To all the Fathers of Iota Phi Theta Fraternity, Inc. and the men who lead by example each day, we thank you for the impact you make both inside and outside of our Brotherhood.

On June 19, 1865, the final enforcement of emancipation reached enslaved African Americans in Texas, marking a pivotal moment in our nation’s history. Juneteenth serves as a reminder that freedom is not merely a destination—it is a continuous commitment to justice, equity, education, and progress. As men of Iota, we recognize the importance of preserving our history, uplifting our communities, and continuing the work of those who came before us.

Their struggle, perseverance, and triumph inspire us to build a stronger future for generations to come.

Today, we celebrate freedom. We honor history. We recommit ourselves to service and progress.
