Every now and then temporary basketball hoops arrive in Violetville Park. While many of us truly believe in the equipment fairy, 🧚♀️ these hoops are purchased and hoisted over the fence by volunteers to give neighborhood kids a safe place to play.

A lot of the hard work in the park is done by our younger Violetville residents (Violetvillians?).
Here’s a year-end shout out to all the teens and young adults who put the hard work into keeping the park clean and usable.
