Just after 4am this morning, C shift was awakened for Box Alarm 31-80, for the reported dwelling fire in the 300 blk of E University Pkwy. Engine 31 was the first arriving unit and encountered a three story middle of group rowhome with heavy fire conditions on the front porch, first, and second floors. Units were able to knock the fire using a transitional attack.
