Baltimore City Needle Exchange Program
The Baltimore City Needle Exchange Program (NEP) seeks to minimize HIV and hepatitis C transmission by reducing the circulation of used syringes. The program also provides referrals and linkages to drug treatment services, as well as testing for syphilis and HIV. These services are provided in seventeen locations throughout East and West Baltimore
