I don't get emotional about transactions but this one has gotten me choked up on more than one occasion.
This home was formally owned by Elizabeth 'Betty' Robinson a Baltimore icon and just a big heart. Within the community there had been a lot of talk about who would move into her home. I think a lot of people felt that the next owner should match Betty's spirit, charisma and courage. An organizer, someone who cares for the community and put others first.
Natalia is that person.
I truly believe that the Universe, a higher power, whatever you want to name it, wanted this to happen. I'd like to think Betty wanted this too.
