Harbel Community Organization

For over 55 years, we have been a pillar of strength in Northeast Baltimore. HARBEL is an organization of tremendous size and influence. There are now ninety-one member organizations, including school PTAs, business associations, civic associations, community groups, churches, and two hospitals.
