Client update!
I’ve been working with a family whose two little ones, both co-sleeping with mom since birth, were ready to transition to independent sleep.
💤 The 16-month-old has gone from crying so hard he made himself vomit to settling in with just 15 minutes of fussing in just three days. He’s learning to self-soothe beautifully in his crib!
💤 The 3-year-old stayed in bed all night by the third night and is now excited about sleeping in their “big kid” bed!
It’s been incredible to see how quickly they’ve made progress with a consistent plan. Moments like these remind me why I love supporting families through their sleep journeys.
