Cloud Condominium community consists of three structures: the Tower Building, built in the early 1900’s for use as a mattress factory, and two Carriage Houses. St. Cloud's ANNUAL MEETING is 6 p.m. this Thursday, October 30, 2014, Ignatian Hall (lower level of St. Ignatius Church), 740 N. Calvert Street.
Eleven (11) units must be present - in person or by proxy - for quorum requirements. Appoint/fax your proxy to management if you cannot make it or give to someone going to the meeting. Meet fellow owners, elect a new Board member, find out if assessments are increasing, and more!
The City's Bureau of Solid Waste will offer free curbside collection of Christmas trees on regularly scheduled trash days (i.e., Fridays in Mt. Vernon). Trees should be placed curbside (where recycling is placed) for pickup on Friday evening. (January 10, 17, 24 and 31, 2014)
