Scared of the idea of being out on the open water? Join us to see how Ashay Cooper and his teammates faced their fears in the rowing film, A Most Beautiful Thing.
Click the link in our bio for tickets to a panel discussion with Arshay Cooper on November 15, 2020 at 6:30 PM ET. A ticket will also give you access to watch the film, Most Beautiful Thing, anytime from November 13, to November 15, 2020.
The proceeds from your ticket will go directly to scholarships for our BCR Learn to Row athletes.
A Most Beautiful Thing is a rowing film based on Arshay Cooper's memoir and it chronicles the first all-Black high school rowing team in this country. Many of the young men on the team were in rival gangs from the West Side of Chicago. They all came together to learn to row in the same boat.
Simply click the link in our bio and check out. We will send you a private link through email to view the movie and attend the panel discussion on Zoom.
We are extremely honored to have Arshay Cooper join our Baltimore rowing community and share his story! 😁
We hope you will join us!
