Thereβs something beautifully surreal about seeing our book with worn edges and creased pages.
The little signs that itβs been held, read, and loved.
A testament to the work we've put in.
Feeling SO grateful and so humble as always. You guys are the best.

Just left a copy of our book in my works little library π₯Ή. It's amazing to have a workplace so supportive of me as an author.
As always we're surrounded by a tonne of romance, fantasy and murder mysteries so hoping The Engineer's Mechanic might stand out to someone!

Hi guys! Just a quick update post.
We're hard at work on book two. So much planning and drafting. In the meantime we've been rereading book one and its crazy how differently we'd write certain sections even just now a year later.
The reassuring thing about that is we know that as much as you all enjoyed book one...book two is gonna be even better π.
Can't wait to start sharing more about it. We've also been uploading and livestreaming way more on tiktok so you should follow us over there
Once again thank you for all the support, we'd be nothing without you!
Sincerely, a couple of tired indie authors.

Happy New Year!
I hope you all spent it in the way that makes you happy. I know we did.
Kicking off 2025 with some book discussion since I've been reading like crazy over the holidays!
I'm four books into the manga Candy & Ci******es and it is SO fun. In a nutshell a grandpa needing money finds himself falling into the role of assassin, and his partner turns out to be this crazy little 11 year old. It's light reading with some darker and more emotional backstory. Though, the main theme is very much dark humour based. If you're into gripping, easy reads with unlikely duos I highly recommend.
I finished Internment last night and wow, what a relevant book. Written in 2019 it could easily reflect todays society and possibilities. With an overall political note, its more of a young adult take on rebellion and emotion in a volatile situation. The main character is from a Muslim family living in a Fascist society. There are some romantic undertones and although gripping and intense, the book is definitely aimed at a younger audience. Recommended and important for the older teens/young adults in your life.
What have you been reading over the holidays?
(And why wasn't it our book, The Engineer's Mechanic?)
